    Town is in good condition for a toy that is from the 1970’s  Decals are good, but  missing the one over the theatre, the one over the garage is gone with a child’s ‘fix’ – which is on a sticky paper  Decal in the house is missing most of the floor decal.  The plastic over the garage is partially broken (see picture), but the lift still works.  All the doors work and the fire wind up siren still works.  Handle is not broken and still works.  This toy was well loved.
    Comes from a non-smoking home and stored in a temperature controlled environment.
    Condition is “Used”.  Shipped USPS ground mail.
