    Here is an absolutely breathtaking piece of antique French silver.  The money clip with an airplane has fantastic design and quality.  It is hallmarked France 800, with a makers mark of GP with a sword, and a crab hallmark.  What a rare and unusual piece.  The plane is engraved with wonderful details.   I believe this piece dates to the Mid-Century Modernist period, c1950-1960.
    The money clip is in excellent condition.  It has beautiful craftsmanship and patina.  It is 60 mm or 2 1/2 inches long, and 40 mm wide.  It weighs 16.5 grams.
    This is a stunning jewel with great drama and style.  The combination of the extraordinary Silver work with the airplane is mesmerizing.  Together they create a jewel worthy of the finest collection.  It is so immensely wearable either during the day or at the most glamorous affair.  Treat yourself or a loved one to a treasure to cherish for generations and one which will only increase in value over time!
