A popular Woodstone Mt. Adams series oven. This oven has a large deck area in a compact design. The interior radiant burner combined with the Infra-Red underdeck burner makes this oven a powerhouse! This oven was ordered by the original owner as a back of the house oven built in to a built in place surround that covered the lower part of the oven. We can customize this oven if your needs differ. We can fabricate lower front, and side control panels, change the upper from the factory metal to stainless steel, or custom powder coating (choose any color from 90 available) !We have completely gone through the oven with our 67 point check list and as always, we replaced the igniters and cleaned the burners.
